Individual Therapy

I believe that every individual's needs are unique, and therefore, offer a personalized approach to therapy that is tailored to your specific goals and challenges. We'll work collaboratively together to help you achieve your desired outcomes. I have an extensive background helping people with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, OCD, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and much more. However, it's important to note that therapy can also be helpful for people who are experiencing difficulties in their life that don't necessarily meet the criteria for a specific mental health diagnosis. For example, I have successfully worked with many clients struggling with self-esteem and lacking confidence to help them cultivate self-acceptance and empowerment. Therapy can be a valuable tool for anyone who wants to improve their emotional well-being and personal growth. 

 

Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and more.

DBT Group Therapy

I am currently facilitating Phase I - Intro to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) group therapy for the upcoming month/s. DBT is an evidence-based therapy that combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness practices. DBT emphasizes balancing acceptance and change, helping individuals build skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and cope with distressing situations effectively. The group dynamic creates a synergy that can enhance the therapeutic process and contribute to positive outcomes for participants. DBT group therapy is especially beneficial for individuals who struggle with emotional dysregulation, self-destructive behaviors, difficulties in relationships, and managing intense emotions.

Format: We will utilize the DBT Skills Training Manual, by Marsha Linehan

Length: Groups meet for 90-minutes once per week for 10 weeks

Day/Time: Group times available in the early evenings Tues-Thurs 

Location: Groups meet remotely via Zoom
Cost: $90 per group
